Atronus Technologies uses artificial intelligence in OmniBotX (AI chatbot) and Risk Intelligence Engine (AI document verification and fraud detection). Users are notified when interacting with AI systems. AI decisions in identity verification are subject to human review.

5. Biometric Data (BIPA)

We obtain explicit written consent before collecting biometric data, disclose the purpose and retention period, never sell biometric data, and destroy it within 3 years or upon service termination.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

7. EU/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)

EU/UK residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Data transfers outside the EU/UK use Standard Contractual Clauses.

1. Acceptance

By using any Atronus Technologies product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI-powered SaaS products (OmniBotX, Risk Intelligence Engine) and professional document services (OmniServe Texas) on subscription and per-service bases.

3. Permitted Use

Services are for lawful purposes only, in compliance with CCPA, GDPR, FCRA, BIPA, and all applicable laws. No reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or discriminatory use.

4. AI Limitations

Our AI products assist decision-making but do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the operator.

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. Refunds handled case by case.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
